Segment: People(Students and Staff) in UF
Need awareness:
The customs will only aware their need when it started to rain, they realize they don't have an umbrella and they are somewhere outside.
Information search:
The first thing they will do when they face the problem is walk or run in the rain to go back to dorm.
There is another solution as well, go to library or other place that could shelter from rain. They never really look for any solution to that problem. They will be aware that they need to remember to bring an umbrella with them next time, but they will eventually forget to do it anyway. People will talk to friends with the problem if it's a pretty recent thing just happened.
Report:
People do have a problem with it, but not everyone. Some people will keep forgetting have an umbrella with them anyway (Just like me). There are probably lots of people are facing the problem especial in Florida, since it rains a lot. People do not attend to have a efficient solution to that problem. Most people do ignore that problem in many ways.
Conclusion:
This service is not for anyone, but sometimes people do happen to forget bringing an umbrella even they are those who always keep an umbrella with them. It could happen anytime in summer. It's not a supper stable need, but if it happens to become an need. It will be a essential need, and it will be a terrible experience if the need is not met.
