I have to think a lot and interview many people to met the requirements of this courses. I don't really think I developed a tenacious attitude. I think it is very important to develop a tenacious mindset, just like those entrepreneurs in the book we read. We should learn to not give up on things we do that we can become successful.

Grand It Out The Making of McDonald's 1. The most surprising thing is the first McDonald's restaurant is not founded by Ray Kroc, but he become business partner with McDonald brother later. I most admire that Ray always have courage to try know business opportunity. He did faced some failure, but he started it up again. 2. I notice he is very sensitive to business opportunities, and he is a good salesman. 3. I am confused about why didn't he just start a fast food restaurant without McDonald brothers? 4. How can you find big business opportunities around you? What is the most important thing to become an entrepreneur? I would like to know the answer of those question since I want to become a great entrepreneur just like him. 5. I think hard work is very important but sensitivity to business opportunities is more important.

Segment: People(Students and Staff) in UF Need awareness: The customs will only aware their need when it started to rain, they realize they don't have an umbrella and they are somewhere outside. Information search:  The first thing they will do when they face the problem is walk or run in the rain to go back to dorm. There is another solution as well, go to library or other place that could shelter from rain. They never really look for any solution to that problem. They will be aware that they need to remember to bring an umbrella with them next time, but they will eventually forget to do it anyway. People will talk to friends with the problem if it's a pretty recent thing just happened. Report: People do have a problem with it, but not everyone. Some people will keep forgetting have an umbrella with them anyway (Just like me). There are probably lots of people are facing the problem especial in Florida, since it rains a lot. You: I am a student of UF and I believe my talent is able to see things in a different. I see my business is a service that will make the society better by bringing convenience to my customers. This business is also my first business and it's going to be a awesome experience in my life. What are you offering to customers: I want to bringing convenience to those forget to bring umbrellas while it start to rain by providing them umbrellas if they what. What are you offering it to: I am offering it to those who always forget or don't want to bring umbrellas.
