Opportunity: I want to solve the problem that people sometimes or frequently forget to bring an umbrella in Florida (I want to start with the campus first). Product/Service: I want to place some machines that densely located on campus (Like on every dining center and college building, but the further research will required to determine where do people densely located to take shelter from rain. Liberty maybe a great place.) Those machines require UFID cards or cell phone App to rent/sell umbrellas or raincoats. (Renting can be free as long as they return it on time). People also are welcome to sent feedback through App, and if we think the feedback if awesome and can improve our service, the person who sent the feedback will be rewarded.

Problem: People in the UF or Florid sometimes may forget to bring a umbrella. Florida is a place it rains a lot, and it start to rain randomly even when the sun is pretty bright. It is common that people did not realize that it is going to rain that day when they go out. So people need a solution to help them remember bring an umbrella or provide umbrella when this situation happened. Testing: Not every one need but in the place where rains a lot like Florida. It is not a every day situation that will happen. It doesn't rain every day and people will not forget umbrella every time it rains. When people do forget it will be a awful time for them. It will be very convenient if it is solved. Interview: #1 My friend who live on campus, she forget bring an umbrella a lot in Florida especial (She is an international student as well). The last time she forget to bring an umbrella is last week. She think if she have a very light umbrella she will bring it everyday or if there is a sin...

1. In China, Birth Control was implied in a period of time which means according to the law each family can only have one child or a huge amount fine will be charged. In that case, there will be an issue with the retirement program just like the U.S.(The issue caused by the baby boomers). So people will probably need some new program to secure their retirement. The Birth Control is a common knowledge in China. I think it is an opportunity because the situation is similar to the U.S. The customer will be the people who were and will be retired in a cupule decade. It is a relatively hard problem to solve since it is a huge social issue and the U.S. is still discussing that problem. I see the opportunity but others may not. It is because most Chinese people don't know the U.S. a lot, especially about the history of baby boomer and the impact of it. 2. The economy always faces a depression after reach the peak of its growth. I believe the economy is ...

My Beginning Point : I believe there is a need for campus food delivery. Describe: It will be a great opportunity if UF employs students on campus to deliver food from the restaurants or dining centers on campus. The fee could be different if it's an order out of campus. Also, it will be awesome if the delivery could be included in the meal plan(maybe pay with flex bucks). The customs would mainly be the people who live on campus especial for those who have a meal plan. I think this is the opportunity that always exists for those who live on campus. If there's not a delivery service he would just make his own food or walk to the dining center. Customer #1 My roommate Kevin who lives on campus but doesn't have a meal plan. Interview #1 He doesn't have a great demand for delivery since he doesn't like the food on campus that much. In that case, he would cook his own food instead of buying a meal plan. However, he also said if there is a delivery ser...
3A Your Entrepreneurship Story

The first time I have exposed to entrepreneurship is when I read the book Rich Dad Poor Dad. I learned many new concepts and different ways of thinking from the book. For example, the book talked about being wealthy have nothing to do with how much money you have, but about the way you think. Having a mindset of an entrepreneur will lead you to wealth. However, if you have lots of money, and did not take care of them or start to waste them you will end up being poor in the end. That's something pretty new to me. I do realize that entrepreneurs would have a different point of view from most employees on the same thing. The book really refreshed my mind and I decided to become an entrepreneur. The reason if enrolled in this class is that I am interested in becoming an entrepreneur. I wanted to be enlightened in this class. hopefully, I can come up with an awesome business idea and act on it.

1) Sometimes I would stay up pretty late and may feel hangry. But there's not really much restaurant offer delivery at late night. So the option is pretty limited. Why: Not much people start late night restaurant. Most restaurants open during the day, they will be closed during the late night unless it's 24-hour restaurants. Also, it will be awesome if those Dining centers on Campus are 24-hour. 2)When I first time come to the U.S. I am not familiar with almost everything. Why: There is not an instructor or someone lead me to experience American life. 3) I want to buy a shampoo but Walmart or Target is a little bit far from my dorm since I don't have a car. And I will not take an Uber there just for a shampoo. Why: I didn't see something like Walgreens in Campus that we can buy stuff that we use daily. Maybe just because I didn't find one. 4) Working or doing homework not efficient sometimes. Why: Don't know how to be efficient. Or need some motivat...
